I'dd go with HA. It's the only puggable format with reasonable activity. (Ignoring the fact that HA is a shithole)
Gladiator takes forever to get points. I've got 100 glad points from casual gladiator over the course of 2 years, just saying.
Unless you sync it, or you litterely play it as a serious format (more than 2 hours a day), Glad 3 is near impossible to get before GW2.
If you wanna include zaishen in, go with zaishen as this "PvP" title represents your chest opening skills. Be ready to cough up money tough.

Ayee, I thought about the Zaishen. But I don't want to earn loads of money again. The only set I really want to get untill I have quite a lot of stuff for GW2 is this Honor section. I think I'll go for HA as I'm already at rank 2.
Thanks.

HA is hardly puggable now so it's long to achieve as well, Glad takes forever, GvG is impossible if you're not in a GvG-oriented guild already. Codex is a viable option if you have three friends and/or would like to exploit the empty hours (pretty much most of the time, actually).
Zaishen is definately the easiest and fastest to get - you can easily farm Balth faction via FA/JQ/AB and Zaishen Combat (RA ZC ftw in case of low-end PvP) + buy some keys with the money obtained through normal PvE play.

This, also, don't forget that you can farm one zkey a day doing zaishen elite.
If you were to dedicate 4 hours a day to doing RA, I'd estimate around 8 months to make 400 points. I'm less experienced with the other formats, but I doubt you'll be looking at a timetable that's all that much faster.
Even if you don't spend a single gold on zkeys, farming them from the factions missions will still be faster than a single other PvP activity.

Zaishen is 1000000x easier because you can buy the title.
Its just like sweet/party title now. If you have the money you can have the title in under
an hour np. Is that fast enough?

For me, the Zaishen title, which is 200 zkeys.
I played a lot of Jade Quarry for Luxon because the queue is much faster. I averaged around 30,000 Luxon for every 5000 Balthazar faction to buy a key. I sold the Jade shards for platinum, which helped buy more keys. Through that process, it took a little while but made steady progress on the Zaishen title. I also got my Luxon title through this process, 2 titles for 1. It's relatively fun and laid back PvP.
I did buy keys with other sources of platinum, but I'd say about a third of my keys came from playing FA/JQ Luxon. Just work on it bit by bit, or else you'll burn yourself out trying to get it.

Apparently you're doing it wrong. I got glad5 on TWO ACCOUNTS without syncing. 90% RA [the rest TA obviously], and one of my accounts is only 29 months old! Twin Terrifying Gladiators on both accounts, LDoA on one account, and I almost have an LDoA on the 29-month-old account, also. Yep! You're just doingit wrong, bro. Also, HA is filled with arrogant, rank-discriminating elitists that frenzy-kick players, use their /rank to taunt others, look down upon the non-ranked like they're gods or something [they have glory only in an MMO, but their RL's must suck BAAAED], and so on... and so on... GvG is a resignfest nowadays, I bet. Don't quote me on it, but that's just my inner-gut-feeling.
...and yea, though Zaishen itself isn't earned through any specific PvP arena/format, it is considered PvP-related. And yea... you can buy it, which makes that title become pretty dame devalued and unesteemed.

You'll probably get Zaishen doing PvP before any of the other titles. And you can also probably buy your way to Zaishen 5 times if you decide to put the effort of getting a PvP title into making money

Well i agree 99%. the statue is devalued and meaningless but i still think any
Zaishen rank over 3 isnt as common. R10 + Zaishen rank still holds some
prestige imo.

Sorry, Borat. I disagree 100% with you thinking the RA statue being "harder" to get.
When I was working on my g7, I was pulling in ~60-70 glads a day (in roughly 3-4 hours worth of playing) purely through RA as a Monk (this was pre-25 win cap, when winning was slightly harder and before GW was deader). After my main was perma'd just a few glads shy of g7, I got my new account up to g4 in probably 6 days of light playing (if that?) before I lost motivation to reget another g7.
If you're a kick ass Monk who doesn't fold under the [extremely] light pressure of RA (this includes going against bad players who still try and do 4-man syncs), then you can get the glad statue in no time at all.

Just so you know, more population is actually making Glad harder to get. Back then people who played RA were really interested in getting points, usually grinding up higher ranks, they have known what they're doing. Now, since the PvE's renewal because of HoM, lotsa people with no idea about RA play it - even if you're monking on a decent level, ~5 out of ~7 times you just don't get a team that can dish out enough pressure / raw damage to kill the other group if there's a monk (as decent as you, at least) or the group is synced. Lots of people playing RA now are just inexperienced, most of them i'd say, and not really willing to change their PvE-like behavior; lots of people treat RA as 'casual PvP for fun', running RoJ on a warrior; finally, more people always means more idiots, flamers and, as much as i hate that word, noobs to cope with.
Try to get 70 glad points in 4h of playing nowadays, without syncing, and i'll applaud you.

surprised after 5 years this game has been out people cant even run a decent build to try win this is what is most annoying about ra, the district split was ineveitable due to syncing but it mixed bad players with even more bad players
ha would be easiest to get but still hard, ra if your a decent monk could be faster

Agree with Borat . Although place is completly dead , i suggest you just try get HA title ( with sfway or some wotaway) . Except if you feel lucky and you are a good monk , you could eventually try to get glad one ...
And of course , not considering these , zaishen is still much faster and easier

Any rich player can overindulge and buy zkeys for a few weeks/months and get it. It's not hard, therefore, it's not really prestigious. Just because there aren't too many rich farmers willing to splurge on this title track, it doesn't make it noteworthy to have. That's just my opinion, anyway.

seconded.
in ra i play in, i find myself resigning after each match 90% of the time.
in 10% of the time i dont resign, we usually lose or we crawl up a few wins and then lose. i cant fight all the hordes of nabs landing on my team, sadly.

Unfortunately Rumi I agree with Sirius on this It dosent take much to hit r3+ with the Zaishen title just time and if you willing money I got mine to r7 doing only Zaishen elite and the Training arenas and only buying one or two when I had a little extra Plat. and that was with unlocking skills and such.

My favorite part of RA is when playing at a time when there are only enough ppl for 15 groups max, and there's a synch team running around within the match circuit.
However the team assignments set up, it's a virtual guarantee that you'll run into the sync team before hitting the 5th win. At that point you might as well not play for an hour until they get bored and disband.
